Full Discharge Test

This is a final performance verification test conducted using actual extinguishing agent to confirm that gaseous fire suppression systems discharge agent accurately throughout the entire protected area in accordance with design specifications. Following theoretical performance confirmation through design-stage flow calculations and partial system testing, it serves as the ultimate validation of system reliability under actual operating conditions.

After verifying the integrity of the protected enclosure, actual extinguishing agent (FK-5-1-12, IG-55, IG-541, IG-100, IG-01, HFC-227ea, CO₂, etc.) is discharged to the design concentration while measuring discharge time and agent concentration distribution. Oxygen concentration changes within the protected space and agent Retention Time are also monitored to comprehensively evaluate system extinguishing performance and safety.

This testing is essential for facilities requiring critical asset protection such as data centers, server rooms, electrical rooms, generator rooms, telecommunications equipment rooms, art galleries, and museums, as well as special environments including marine engine rooms and aircraft hangars. It is a core element of commissioning procedures required by international standards including NFPA 2001 and ISO 14520, and depending on the project, serves as mandatory verification documentation for final approval by insurers and regulatory authorities.

We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire process, including test planning, safety management protocol development, on-site execution, data analysis, and test report preparation.
